New Feature - You can now email your request (see contact information below) using our on-line application.    Click on either the links below for a single date application or a multiple date application (includes calendars).  Both applications can be completed on line, saved to your desktop and then emailed to the desired school location saving time and postage.  Applications can still be sent by mail if you prefer.

Rental of Facilities
General Information

Welcome to the Natick Public Schools Rental of School Facilities web page. Applications for building usage for 2010-2011 school year usage will be accepted starting on September 1, 2010.  All forms and information pertaining to renting of school facilities can be located in the "Quick Links" section to the left. The Rental Information Booklet (in Adobe PDF format) provides all rates and information to assist with facility usage requests. We hope that you will find this information helpful in planning for your event or program.

Please note that Rental Applications must be filed at least five (5) school days prior to the date requested provided that you have a certificate of liability insurance on file with the Business Office. Requestors who do not have a current certificate of liability insurance on file must submit their request ten (10) school days prior to the rental date to allow sufficient time for processing. Applications should be submitted to the school office in which you are requesting rental space.
