Advanced Placement Registration
1.). Students will receive registration information and AP Bulletins in their classes during December or January.
2.) Advanced Placement registration will take place from March 15-19, 2010.
3.) Price of the exam: $87.00. Please make checks payable to NHS Advanced Placement
In the memo field include:
- Name
- Homeroom
- Test(s)
(You can put more than one test on the check).
4.) Money may be dropped off in guidance throughout the week of March 16-20th, 2009. You must register with either Mrs. Finocchi or Ms. DiRienzo. Students will be required to complete a registration form which will be returned prior to the test date. This form details the date, time, and location of your test(s). Students will receive a receipt of payment after turning in their check.
4.) Fee reductions are available for those students who qualify. Please see Mrs. Finocchi if you have any questions or concerns.
5.) Students filing for accommodations must complete and submit paperwork to the CollegeBoard by February 19, 2010, in order to assure accommodations on the AP tests.
6.) Please be sure to read your AP Bulletin. This packet includes all relevant information on this year's AP exams.
On the test day....
1. ALL STUDENTS MUST REPORT TO THEIR SCHEDULED AP EXAM ON TIME!
2. Dress comfortably.
3. Bring your own pencils, pens, erasers, calculators (if permitted) etc.
4. NO FOOD or DRINKS.
5. Plan for lunch, especially if you have both a morning and afternoon exam.
