We are excited to have your family join our school. 

To enroll your student(s) in Natick High school please CLICK HERE.


To enroll in our district the following documentation will be needed:

  • Passport or birth certificate
  • Parent / Guardian photo identification
  • Student Immunizations & Physical Form
  • Release of Information/Records Release (signed by parent)
  • Copy of IEP / Section 504 Plan
  • Copy of English Language Learner Transcript/ACCESS and WIDA scores (if applicable) 
  • Custody Papers / Caregiver Affidavit (if applicable)
  • Discipline Records and Student Transcripts
  • Proof of Residency and Occupancy - All applicants for enrollment must submit at least one document each from Column A, B, and C and any other documents that may be requested, including but not limited to those from Column A, B, or C. A parent, guardian, or student who is unable to produce the required documents should contact the Superintendent’s Office.
