NPS WELLNESS: Helping you take care of Yourself.

The following fitness classes are up an running. All staff are welcome at any class.
Cost is $48 for each six week session. Drop in classes are $10. Pay instructors directly.


Mondays at 5 p.m. in the large, lower level meeting room at Morse Institute Library taught by Marianne Davis

Tuesdays at 3:50 at Lilja, taught by Katherine McClean.

Wednesdays at Memorial at 3:30 in the music room taught by Heather Pearson.

Boot Camp

Get your day off to a great start, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:05 a.m. in the NHS gym. Taught by Mike Buono.
Meet at top of outside stairs to gym, by parking lot.

Functional Fitness

Monday and Thursday Night from 7-8 p.m.  at the NHS Fitness Center

Show up promptly ready to work out.  Classes are 1 hour long.  No prior experience necessary.  We modify and adapt all movements and workouts to any ability level.  We can also adapt any movements or exercises for any mobility issues. 

Class Agenda - The first 15-20 minutes will be warm up and mobility work
                       - We'll work on skills and drills for the movements that will be in the workout that day
                      - WOD - Workout of the day.  The remainder of class will be spent on a workout of the day.  This will consist of the movements that we drilled during the warm up portion.

Natick High School Indoor Walking Track

The Natick High School indoor track will be open for town and school employees from 6:05 a.m. - 6:50 a.m. Monday through Friday when school is in session.

In order to use the Fitness center, you must

  • sign off on the center's rules and regulations,
  • complete a CORI check if you haven't already. Stop by the School Department Central Office with this form and a photo ID to obtain a pass card that you must wear at all times while walking the track.

Please note that there are limited showering, changing or storage facilities available at NHS. No adults are permitted in the student locker rooms at any time. There are two showers that will be made available to staff in the morning only.
