How to Translate a Document using Google Translate:

We recommend using Google Translate to translate something short or where retaining formatting is not a concern.

  1. Download and save the document to be translated.
  2. Go to translate.google.com.
  3. Click on translate a document.
  4. Select the Choose File button.
  5. Locate the document to translate.
  6. Select the desired language.
  7. Click on the blue Translate button.

PDF Translation Resource (Online Doc Translator):

For PDFs or longer documents - especially those where format retention is important - we recommend using  www.onlinedoctranslator.com/translationform. This is a website that can translate documents while maintaining the original formatting to maximize understanding.

To use this site:

  1. Upload or drag and drop your document from your computer into the site window
  2. Select your desired translation language
  3. Click on the Translate button
