We are endeavoring to post a copy of the older feasibility study performed in 2001, by Knight, Bagge and Anderson. As soon as it is available it will be posted in this area.

The new 2009 feasibility study progress will be shown in the "quick link" under progress report. When the study is complete it will be posted in this location.
