Natick Schools Works to Transition from Using Polystyrene Food Storage Products
Posted on 11/07/2017
The Natick Public Schools has been working with our food services contractor, Aramark, to fully stop using polystyrene (styrofoam) food storage products, as soon as Fall 2018, and begin using post-recycled paper products. We have been working to slowly phase this transition in an effort to assess the financial impacts (if any) with this change. We will make parents aware of any changes to food services costs, should there be any.
