Natick Public Schools seek a dynamic and innovative leader to guide teaching and learning at our collaborative and nurturing Memorial Elementary School beginning July 2022.  Our staff, students, and families form a kind, generous and inclusive community who care deeply about all aspects of our children's development.

If you are passionate about helping students to be empathic learners, thinkers and problem solvers, and if you are committed to instilling in them the resiliency skills they will need to take on adversity and build consensus through teamwork, we’d like to meet you.  Please complete the online application and upload your cover letter, resume, MA principal’s license, transcripts and three letters of reference on our application portal, TalentEd, by January 12, 2022.

The 15 minute and Screening Committee interviews will be conducted virtually.
The site visit to Memorial for the finalists will be in person.

About the next Memorial Elementary School Principal

The successful candidate is someone with thorough knowledge of the practices, methods and techniques used in the administration and supervision of all facets of an elementary school; thorough knowledge of prescribed School Committee policies and procedures; skills in oral and written communications; ability to motivate others to reach their fullest potential; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school officials, students, parents, teachers, support staff and colleagues; a demonstrated leadership ability; and able to make independent decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
