Natick Public Schools seek a dynamic and innovative leader to guide teaching and learning at Natick High School, beginning July 2022. The Principal fosters a culture of respect, equity, inclusiveness, and academic excellence for all students. NoteThe 20 minute screening interviews will be conducted virtually. The location (virtual or in-person at Town Hall) for the Formal Committee interviews is to be determined. The site visits to NHS for the finalists will be in person.

About the next Natick High School Principal

The successful candidate is someone with thorough knowledge of the practices, methods and techniques used in the administration and supervision of all facets of an elementary school; thorough knowledge of prescribed School Committee policies and procedures; skills in oral and written communications; ability to motivate others to reach their fullest potential; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school officials, students, parents, teachers, support staff and colleagues; a demonstrated leadership ability; and able to make independent decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
