Timeline and Order of Team Selection:
1. All interested partners, even those who were team members last year, must complete this form by Monday February 23, 2026. If you do not complete this application for participation as a team member, you WILL NOT be eligible for selection as a partner.
CAVEAT: Upperclass students will receive preference for participation based on them having limited opportunities to participate as their high school careers progress. This does not guarantee all upperclass students who apply will be selected, but one's graduation year in school will play a factor in selection.
2. Our committee of coaches, teachers, and paraprofessionals will meet to formalize and select the group of partners. All individuals, namely those selected for the team and those who were not selected, will be notified via email no later than Friday March 6, 2026 regarding their status on the team.
3. Those partners who were selected, and their families, will then receive an email invitation with a link to register and pay for participation via Family ID. This will be due no later than Friday March 20, 2026.
This includes: 1) Registration via Family ID, 2) Completion of mandated courses via Natick Athletics, and 3) Participation Fee.
4. Practice begins on Monday March 23, 2026 (weather permitting) at the NHS Memorial Field Track and Field Complex.

Natick’s Memorial Field Spectator and User Guidelines
I want to remind the community of our Fan Attendance Guidelines and of the regulations for entrance into our Memorial Field and Track Facility. I have highlighted some of the guidelines and regulations below that are specific to the use of and attendance at all Memorial Field events:
We are not allowing any balls, drinks, or bags to enter Memorial Field. All pocketbooks and handbags are subject to search at the discretion of the Natick Staff and Natick PD.
*No NHS Student will be allowed to bring their backpack into the game for any reason.
There is no tailgating allowed on NPS property, which includes the parking areas surrounding Memorial Field. Fans should not be parking any earlier than 1 hour before game time and upon arrival should be entering the stadium.
Body Painting is not allowed.
Parents of Middle School and Elementary School students are expected to attend the games with their children and encouraged to sit with them during the games. Students should not be running around the facility unattended. All spectators should be in attendance to watch and enjoy the game.
Finally, students should not be waiting for rides at the end of the game. We are going to turn out the lights and send the Natick Police and Natick Staff home from Memorial Field approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
The following pertains to the use of the field and track facility:
Natick Memorial Field and Track Rules
AUTHORIZED USE ONLY - This field is for use by groups with permission only
1. Natural water is the only food product permitted on the field - no glass containers.
2. No food, peanuts, seeds, or gum allowed on the field.
3. No tobacco products of any kind permitted on field or on school grounds.
4. Athletic footwear required - no metal cleats.
5. Pets, bikes, strollers, etc., are not permitted within this athletic facility.
6. Place trash and recyclables in proper containers.
Failure to comply with these rules can result in loss of permit and the privilege of attending events held at Memorial Field.
We understand the unifying effect that Athletics has on our community here in Natick. For the safety of the players and fans and to ensure a fantastic experience for all, we want to encourage you to root for the Redhawks with class and poise and feel that the guidelines above are necessary to achieve that goal.
I want to thank all of you for your ardent support of Natick Athletics.
Go Natick!

Mandatory online training for our athletes during registration
Student athletes must complete 2 Free NFHS (National Federation of High Schools) Courses before registering for a sport. This is required of MIAA schools and thus Natick HS Student Athletes. A multiple sport athlete only has to complete the courses one time during the academic year. If an athlete has already completed the course, the course completion certificate should already populate into the registration and/or the athlete should use their previous course completion certificate to proceed with the registration process. After completing a course, the athlete will earn a "completion of course certificate." This should be uploaded in the appropriate and designated area during registration. The two courses are linked in the registration at the bottom of the page.
