Comprising the Council on Aging and Human Services, Veterans Services, the Natick Community Organic Farm, Sassamon Trace Golf Course, and Recreation and Parks, the Community Services Department is charged with responding to the needs, interests, and quality of life issues of all who call Natick home. This umbrella department offers a variety of resources, services, and programs for the entire Natick community.

The Massachusetts Adult Literacy Hotline provides referrals to over 300 adult education programs that offer one-on-one tutoring, small-group or classroom instruction to adult learners. The hotline offers information about basic reading, math, adult basic education, English language training, family literacy, High School Equivalency Test preparation or testing sites.
