DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Dennis Roche, CISA, CISM, CETL
Director of Technology

Mr. Roche draws on more than twenty years experience from the private sector building solid technology teams, designing multi-platform infrastructures and making customer service a top priority. His technology background ranges from industry experience in financial services, healthcare, travel, and power generation prior to joining the Natick Public Schools in July of 2005.  Mr. Roche is a graduate of Boston College, a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and a Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL).

ENGINEERING TEAM

Andrew Painter
Engineering Manager
Mr. Painter became a member of our Network team in October of 2019. He has a strong IT background and previously worked at Steward Health Care System. Andrew is currently studying for his Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.

Chris Cruz, ACMT
Deployment Specialist 
Mr. Cruz joined our team in November of 2014. He previously worked in the advertising industry where he thrived in troubleshooting and supporting a wide range of systems and technologies. Chris is an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) who is passionate about all things Apple and Mac.

DATA, QUALITY & CONTROL TEAM

John McAndrew
Manager of Data, Quality & Controls  
Mr. McAndrew joined our team in September of 2017. He previously worked for an educational vendor in various roles for over 15 years, one of them being in Quality Assurance.

Pamela Marascia
Data, Budget & Control Analyst
Ms. Marascia previously worked as a Project Analyst at Northeastern University prior to joining the Natick Public Schools in September of 2011. She brings with her a wealth of experience in various aspects of IT support, procurement, asset management, project management, content management, and providing superior customer service.

Mr. Williams joined our team in August of 2022.

LaKisha Wilson, ACMT
Help Desk Manager (@ Natick High School)
Ms. Wilson brings many years of experience troubleshooting and supporting computer systems in mixed Windows, Macintosh and Unix shops. She joined the Technology Services Team in August 2006 and best known for providing service with a smile.

Todd Beckwith
Senior Technician (@ Natick High School)
Mr. Beckwith joined our team in September of 2001 and is the true veteran of the department.
