Registration
2026-27: We are fully enrolled at all ASAP After School sites. Submit this form to be added to our 2026-27 after school waitlist. Space is open in our Early Risers Before School (K - 4) programs. To register for Early Risers, go to www.ezchildtrack.com/natickasap/parent .

2027-28: Registration takes place in two phases: Re-Enrollment for current families in January and New Family Registration in March. In all cases, if requests for space exceed our capacity, we use a lottery to ensure equity in the selection process.

The New Family Registration Lottery will be open March 1–31. Enrollment and waitlist notifications will be emailed by April 9.

Please note: There is no pre-registration or advance waitlist for families not currently enrolled. New Family Registration opens March 1, and that is the earliest date new families may apply.

The time of your registration (as long as entry is within the registration window) does not influence the selection process, as they are made through a random process.  Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee placement, but enters your child into the lottery for a chance to be selected for enrollment.

Registrations submitted after March 31 will be processed first-come, first-served.

Current Families:

In January, enrolled families may register currently enrolled children and their siblings for the upcoming school year. Children are guaranteed their current schedule for the next year if registered during the required window. Requests for additional days or siblings will be determined by lottery if demand exceeds capacity.

New for 2027-28: Current waitlist status will not carry over to the next school year. All families not currently enrolled in Early Risers or ASAP must participate in New Family Registration each year. Waitlist positions reset annually.
